Pastor
Pastor Kasey Kemp
Pastor Kasey Kemp is the Lead Pastor of Avenue Church and a lifelong follower of Jesus Christ. Raised in a Christian home where faith, prayer, and church involvement were a central part of everyday life, Kasey gave his heart to Christ at the age of seven and has been pursuing God’s call ever since.
From an early age, Kasey developed a passion for music, studying voice, piano, and trumpet. As a teenager, he began traveling and ministering with various Christian music groups, launching what would become a lifetime of sharing the Gospel through music and ministry. At the age of 21, Kasey answered God’s call to preach and later completed his ministerial studies, becoming an ordained minister at age 25.
For more than two decades, Kasey has traveled throughout the United States and Canada as a professional vocalist, musician, songwriter, and evangelist. His ministry has taken him into churches, conferences, camps, and community events where he has had the privilege of encouraging believers and sharing the hope of Jesus Christ.
In late 2025, God placed a clear calling on the hearts of Kasey and his wife, Haley, to plant Avenue Church. Today, Kasey serves as Lead Pastor while continuing to minister through music alongside Haley and their good friend Jonathan Smith as Avenue Music, traveling approximately 30 dates each year.
In addition to pastoring, Kasey is a songwriter, musician, author of a devotional book, singer, and evangelist. Above all, he is devoted to his family. Kasey and Haley are the proud parents of Avaline and Autry, and his greatest desire is to love and lead his family closer to God, share Jesus with others, and see believers grow into fully devoted disciples of Christ.
Pastor Kasey’s ministry is marked by a passion for worship, biblical preaching, discipleship, and helping people discover the life-changing power of a relationship with Jesus Christ.

What We Believe
We believe there is one God who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the Creator of all things and is holy, loving, merciful, and sovereign.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of a virgin, fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the grave, ascended into heaven, and will one day return in power and glory.
We believe the Holy Spirit convicts, saves, indwells, guides, and empowers believers to live godly lives and fulfill God’s purposes.
We believe that salvation is a gift of God’s grace received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Through His death and resurrection, sinners are forgiven, redeemed, and given eternal life.
We believe that every believer is called to grow in Christ through obedience, prayer, worship, discipleship, and loving service to others.
We believe that the local church is God’s primary instrument for worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and sharing the Gospel with the world. We observe two ordinances established by Christ: believer’s baptism by immersion and the Lord’s Supper.
We believe in the sanctity of human life from conception and that every person is created in the image of God and deserves dignity, compassion, and respect.
We believe that God created humanity as male and female and that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman. Sexual intimacy is God’s gift to be expressed within the covenant of marriage.
We believe God has ordained the family as a foundational institution, with parents entrusted to raise and disciple their children according to biblical truth.
We believe that Christians are called to love God and love people, showing grace, humility, truth, and compassion to all.
We believe in the personal return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the dead, the final judgment, and the eternal destiny of every person.
